DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION ACCORDING TO EU-DSGVO

We protect your personal data, which you make available to us when you contact us.

1. SCOPE OF DATA PROCESSING

In the course of contacting us, we will get your e-mail address and may request further data. Individual accesses to our site will otherwise not be logged. The storage of your data is used exclusively to process this request.

2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Your personal data is stored in a local file system for the duration of use.

3. USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

As far as you have made personal data available, they will only be used to communicate with you and to answer your inquiries.

4. DURATION OF THE STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

If you request this, the stored personal data will be deleted immediately after this request has been made.

Otherwise, your personal data will be kept for a maximum of five years after the date of the last contact. After this time all data will be deleted.

5. RIGHT TO INFORMATION

In accordance with Art. 12 para. 1 sentences 2 and 3 DSGVO, you can make a written, electronic or verbal request for information on the personal data stored about you at any time. Information will be provided immediately in accordance with Art. 12 para. 3 DSGVO, but at the latest within one month. This information is free of charge.
